In the EssentialFTIR software you can submit a bug report or suggestion by using the 'Help/Submit Bug Report' menu selection. This will send the program logs (a record of what you were doing when the bug occurred) to us. You can also attach files such as data files or scripts that will help us reproduce the problem.
All information is anonymous and confidential. If you choose, please include an email address in case we need more information and so we can notify you when the problem is fixed.
