Prompt support is available via email to essentialftir@tds.net.
In the EssentialFTIR software you can submit a bug report or suggestion by using the 'Help/Submit Bug Report' menu selection. This will send the program logs (a record of what you were doing when the bug occurred) to us. You can also attach files such as data files or scripts that will help us reproduce the problem.
All information is anonymous and confidential. If you choose, please include an email address in case we need more information and so we can notify you when the problem is fixed.

Instrument packages are separate plugins that will appear in the 'Instruments' toolbox of Essential FTIR. To install instrument support, download and run the program in the 'Download' column below. Some instruments may require a device driver that is only available from the manufacturer. In those cases, additional software is required.
